Wearing my home knitted jumper again today, it's actually quite comfy...and very warm! (excuse the horribly tired looking Bex attached to it!)

Actually I look like that today as well as I scraped my ass out of bed for an early shift! Am having my hair cut on Sat, so it won't look quite so mad. What a lot of excuses for a photo of me I don't like!

I had to take the car in for it's MOT today and while wandering around Shaw killing time I discovered a wool shop :-0 a really nice one. I managed to get out with out any new wool, just two pattern books ans two other patterns, all reduceda dn therefore bargains ans so they don't really count ...

ooh, I like it! It took me a moment to work out whether it was purple or black or both - proper goff colour scheme going on there! ;)

actually it's purple and grey...but it cost virtually nothing, someone old bag of dusty wool on ebay. The best thing is it's fullly machine washable as it's superwash wool...I hate handwashing.

Nice one, I must start watching ebay for wool! And ugh, tell me about it - I used this gorgeous purpley/bottle greeny colour fadey aran to make some socks and never checked the label until it was too late, now I have *socks* that are handwash only - d'oh!!
