Nov. 5th, 2007 09:53 amHelpdesk users (lecturers to you) are so bloody thick! One has just said 'Uniflow is not letting me print', so I replied 'what is the nature of the problem' to which I get back 'it's URGENT, Uniflow is not letting me print!' DUR!!
