need some more fresh eggs customers. Birds laying 2 a day. £1 a box if anyones wants a pack. Money goes back to chicken in feed and supplements

No.. it was preverving them raw in the shells in Lime Water I think? Im not sure dont do it in case Im wrong...she put them in a wire basked and submerged them in a solution...

As in the stuff they put in fields not cocktails. Not to be left where dogs could get a nose in.

Yes... I must admit I did wonder if they had got it right when she said Lime Water I know Lime is very nast stuff..... there is also something called 'waterglass' which they used on the 'War Time Kitchen' to preserve fresh eggs...
